I switched from using a real web-based blogging system to a different one: pyblosxom which is hardly maintained and more difficult to use. Why? Besides the increased geek factor, I can write blog post while being offline and just check them into my code repository and they will be pushed to the web site once I am online again. Yay! If you don't get all of this, just ignore it :).
